Job Information
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Reliability Engineer for our cobalt processing phase. The purpose of this role is to develop, deploy and continuously improve maintenance strategies for the Cobalt plant, ensure compliance with work plans and required regulations, provide organizational governance while respecting MMG structures, and promote understanding and adherence to the MMG Process Framework and A2D principles. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off and a compensation package including an attractive salary and performance-based incentive pay.

Required Job Skills
Develop and devise maintenance strategies for all equipment used in operations.
Adhere to MMG’s Work Framework, especially A2D processes and its key areas.
Identify all equipment requiring inspections and repairs based on appropriate international regulations and requirements.
Prepare, execute, and document the commissioning of the Cobalt processing plant.
Provide technical support to all maintenance personnel.
Identify any significant production losses, equipment breakdowns, or performance issues and contribute to budget optimization.
Ensure risk analyses are performed on maintenance and critical controls are in place and well-managed.
Review equipment strategy performance and analyze failure modes to ensure all preventive maintenance task lists and instructions remain accurate and effective.
Ensure all physical asset modifications are initiated using the Management of Change (MOC) process.
Job Skills
Proven computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven task prioritization and communication skills.
Proven planning, organization, and time management skills.
Job Knowledge
Knowledge of maintenance practices and standards.
Knowledge of the SAP system, particularly SAP PM tools and databases (Master Data).
Understanding of commercial and financial principles.
Job Experience
Exposed to maintenance operations in a mineral processing environment (mines).
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
